Veronica is a Boulder-based culinary professional specializing in recipe development, CPG product innovation, and food styling. With a unique foundation in handmade pasta production honed during her time living and training in Bologna, Italy, her career evolved from restaurant kitchens to recipe development and food styling. Gaining experience on sets in New York City, where she contributed to video production for Bon Appétit, digital content for Food & Wine, and recipe development for Food52.

She has since partnered with media/marketing agencies to collaborate with leading CPG brands such as Savory Spice, Zeal Creamery, Taste Republic, Honey Stingers, Green Giant, Ascent, and LMNT to deliver consumer-ready recipes and brand storytelling through both recipe ideation and multimedia formats. Veronica has an expertise in test kitchen operations, culinary workshops, and brand partnerships, bringing both creativity and operational excellence to every project.
